I got the update yesterday and the weather suddenly appeared on the taskbar.  I went into settings and turned it off and back to normal.

I am on Windows 10 and in upgrades it states Windows 10 ,version 21H1 is available to download and install ,is this safe to do ? any body think best left alone ? i do not know what version of Windows 10 i am using at the moment ( not very tech savy )

If you type "winver" in your search box (do not type the asterisks), it will tell you what version you are currently on.

After the latest update, my OS is now 21H1 (Build 19043.1052).

Apart from the occasional update glitches this is perfectly stable on my machine.

I do not believe Microsoft would have offered you this download option had your machine not been capable of running it.
