Tinned peaches, sliced banana, and pineapple make a wonderful Tropical Crumble. I've never got round to making it cos I'm a magnet for all the local windfalls but my sis-in-law makes it and it's delish!

peaches and a handful of dried friut (with the juice in from the peaches) in a crumble is lovely the fruit soaks up all the juice.

No no no. All those are far too complicated. :)

If they are in juice add some sugar to them until they are a bit too sweet (if they are in syrup then don't bother), then liquidise the whole lot.

Mix with double cream until it is all a bit too sickly, then put in an ice cream maker, or freeze and stir hourly until frozen.

    Peach ice cream!

The cold mutes the flavours so you want to make it a bit too sweet. It will taste great when frozen.

I used to make a dessert with tinned peaches, can I remember the details??

    hot swiss trifle...

Swiss roll sliced in an oven proof bowl, add the peaches and the juice, it soaks into the swiss roll, top with custard then add stiff mereinge (I can't spell this word sorry) and cook either under the grill or in the oven till the Mereinge is browned.

Sorry no exact instructions but it's pretty foolproof and excuse me whilst I nip out for a swiss roll.

For an unusual but delish sandwich filling chop some peach slices up finely, mix with tinned tuna and some mayonnaise - you decide the quantities of each. It's gorgeous. Not my own idea, it was posted on here before somewhere, and it is apparently very popular in Aberdeen!

I have made some pickled peach and chilli chutney recently. It says to use fresh peaches, but tinned ones work just as well. Will put receipe on here for you if interested.

On the crumble theme, they also go very well with strawberries, but I love the sound of MATH's tropical crumble! :D
