Thanks for this, Ive submitted to the CCBCAQ email address. The only email I can find for CPM is info@uk-cpm.com, would this be ok to send to?KeithP said:But look again at that list of instructions you were following when you filed your Defence.
Item 6. on that list was...6. After filing your Defence, there is more to do.
Items 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 on that list seem particularly relevant at this point in time.

Why are you sending it to the parking firm? Think about who filed the claim for them and why a parking firm might use a solicitor. The Claim form tells you who is dealing with the paperwork.
The instructions say:''(or their solicitor if they are using one)''PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I may have already bent your ear about this but please do come back here regularly this Summer, ready to spend an hour being heard to Government by completing the upcoming Final Technical Consultation about regulating the levels of parking charges from next year.Coming soon...
...please check back on the forum each week as we need real people like you to counterbalance the spamming of the Consultation by the industry and people purporting to be ‘landowners’.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
