UK CAR PARK MANAGEMENT LIMITED - County Court

I have a claim form from UK Car Park management limited here: hxxps://ibb.co/N6hZBrB
I have used the standard template, changing only points 2 and 3 as instructed which is below:
2. It is admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper of the vehicle in question but liability is denied. It is admitted that the Defendant was the driver of the vehicle in question at the time.
3. The Defendant had entered the car registration into the logging system as per the terms and conditions as many times in the preceding months.
4. As per the original appeal the Defendant provided evidence that the facilities for which the parking is for was paid for on the same date.
Here is proof that I not only regularly use the facilities but also that I had used the facilities on the alleged date, I had sent this to them on my second appeal but they still decided to proceed. hxxps://ibb.co/JC1RnhC
Any advice is greatly appreciated
Thanks

Para 2 could be simplified into one sentence by stating "keeper and driver".
Your para 3 is too short and doesn't explain the type of car park (hospital, retail, residential, supermarket etcetera) or how the charge came about.
Was there a queue? Was the PDT machine faulty? Was an incorrect VRM entered.
Para 4 is confusing, but I think you are trying to say that the driver used and paid for facilities/goods on site. I don't know what your second link is supposed to show.
Have a look at other threads to see what people have put in their para 3.

Have you complained to your MP?You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

With a Claim Issue Date of 10th May, you had until Tuesday 1st June to file an Acknowledgment of Service. Please confirm that you did that.
For the moment I am going to assume that you did file an AoS by that date, but please do confirm that.
With a Claim Issue Date of 10th May, and having filed an Acknowledgment of Service in a timely manner, you have until 4pm on Monday 14th June 2021 to file your Defence. That's just a few days away, but plenty of time to produce a Defence. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look at the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Don't miss the deadline for filing a Defence.1 -

Morning all, is this any good?
2. It is admitted that the Defendant was the registered keeper and driver of the vehicle in question but liability is denied.
3. The Defendant had parked and entered the sports facility and parked in a vacated parking bay as he does so on a weekly basis. The defendant then entered his car registration number into the logging system in the reception area as per the terms and conditions of the parking regulations.
4. The defendant provided evidence to show that he had parked for the purposes of using the sports facilities and not for any other use.0 -

Id also attach the claim form and evidence proving that I used the sports facilities on the day/time of the chargeDear Sir David Evennett
I have recently received a county court claim for a parking charge in the area that you serve.
I had used the Bexleyheath Goals services and had parked in their parking area as I do on a weekly basis. I would like your assistance on getting this charge terminated as it is clearly a dishonest money making scheme.
I provide to you the same evidence that I had submitted to UK car park management limited which shows that I used the parking bay in order to use their facilities.

You were advised to write to your MP. You can ask them to contact the MP were the alleged event occurred, but you can't contact them direct as they do not represent you.
The easiest way I have found to contact your MP and/or local councillor is to use the writetothem website. You enter your post code and it takes you to the person(s) responsible for where you live.
The good thing about this site is that you will get confirmation emails and a follow up asking if the problem has been resolved.
