I would add that the Defendant appealed the unfair charge twice but only received template rejection letters reported time and again online.
And if you did put in your VRM, add a paragraph suggesting the system must have been at fault or suffering a low signal, and that this is compounded by the fact that the keypad provides no receipt by durable medium...blah blah... same as has been written in umpteen cases recently. Hi all,
Ive sent the defence in which they received on the 14th June. They have now sent the DQ on the 23rd June, which can be seen here:https://ibb.co/vZwRjdr
Just wanted to keep everyone updated, I'll now be going back to the newbies thread to see what the next stage is.
Thanks1 -
Please edit you post to include real live links.
I.e. there is no need to change https to hxxps.
Although having said that, there is nothing in those images worthy of note.1 -
Morning all, can the N180 form only be posted?
I've seen a post that says that you can to CCBCAQ@Justice.gov.uk but this is from 2019, just want to make sure this is still the case0 -
Do as much electronically as possible, including your N180.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

In this post 9 June at 12:26PM, if you follow the link that @KeithP posted, it takes you to the standard defence template (which you used) and it also contains instructions to send the N180 to the same e-mail address that you used for your defence. Always go back through your thread, you might already have been given the info you need and if not the NEWBIE sticky is always a good place to go.Bizzle17 said:Morning all, can the N180 form only be posted?

Unless I'm missing something it does not state that you can send the N180 via email, which is why I'm asking..I'm also wondering if when sending a copy to the claimant UK Car Park Management Limited) if this is something that's done via email too?Le_Kirk said:

On the newbie thead it says "You send a copy to the courts and another copy to the Claimant company. Keep a copy for yourself. As mentioned before, there is a long delay (20+ weeks) between this form and an actual day in court."0 -
If you follow the links given and/or read the NEWBIE or read the defence template it says to send the N180 to the same e-mail address that you used for your defence and you send it to the claimant using the address for serving documents that you find on the N1 claim form. If the claimant has communicated with you by e-mail, then that is a perfectly acceptable form of communication.1

But look again at that list of instructions you were following when you filed your Defence.
Item 6. on that list was...6. After filing your Defence, there is more to do.
Items 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 on that list seem particularly relevant at this point in time.
Here they are again...
