Avod. Charged us £8,890.00 up front. We made the date of purchase and the date of sale etc very clear and spent over an hour on a zoom call with Jack he said we defenley had a case and that we would get the money back that we had lost if we paid them to take on the case wich we did. But after 6 months they said it was over the time limit. Why take our money then wait 6 months to tell us this and now say it is unlikely they will refund us. As an OAP I had to lend the money and now we will struggle to pay it back. So not only did we loose money on our holiday home but now we have been ripped off by ECC. Avoid. don't believe them they take your money and run. I am now going to talk with ITV and the BBC regarding making a programme about this scam regarding ECC as people need to be warned not to pay up front on false promises. I will keep you all updated.

It appears that ECC is expanding into the Holiday Park mis selling scandal, you may hear endless adverts on the radio for the holidayparkadvice centre.co.uk asking you to text 'advice' to a number, my advice is to steer well clear of this new source of revenue for ECC!
