Anyone used this company to annul a timeshare contract? Seeking any experiences good and bad before I fully commit a substantial sum of money for legal help from them

The golden rule in dealings with any such company - do NOT pay them a single penny upfront, before a fully successful outcome.Evolution, not revolution1
-
The second rule is to be fully clear of the costs if you do get a successful outcome in any of the various possible scenarios0
-
Also if in doubt or suspect they are scammers do not walk away - RUN AWAY ,will save you money and heart acheITS NOT EASY TO GET EVERYTHING WRONG ,I HAVE TO WORK HARD TO DO IT!0

Take from this what you will. ECC has one director who has been involved in 6 other businesses as a director, all have been dissolved, one Club Class Concierge Ltd closed down by court order as a scam taking thousands from people to falsely claim they could terminate their timeshare.
If this company contacted you rather than the other way, run a mile. If not and you found them, then Mr Cooper the sole director may well have turned over a new leaf.....1 -
I’d run a mile. Currently trying to sting my elderly parents for nearly £4k. All very dodgy and stressful. I agree: do not pay anything or sign anything without an independent legal view of their contract. That is just my opinion of them thus far. Be aware NOT to check them out on Quickchex.net it’s owned by same bloke. Use Quickchex.com the legit one. .net one set up to
mislead people into believing ECC hype and confuse you when researching ECC. The whole affair stinks I would avoid them completely. I’m my opinion of course.0 -
Is there any update on EEC?
is this a legitimate company or not?
everything on the web is very contradictive and confusing.0 -

Mr Cooper is currently running radio campaigns which begin with the threat of this year's maintenance fees and suggests you text 'Timeshare' to his new business. The advert claims they have helped thousands get out of their agreements, only you can decide whether to send that text or not

Thank you. I was about to pay them a large sum.
Its a minefield, how do we find a decent, honest solicitor who can do this?0
