Hi Waterworld, never pay a timeshare exit or claims company that charges upfront fees, your asking for trouble. A quick check on their website shows that they are not regulated by either the FCA or SRA. Depending on which timeshare company you own with, it may be possible to give your timeshare back to your resort for free. If you haven't paid your maintenance fees for six years or more, you don't need to do anything. There are a number of companies that deal with timeshare exit and claims on google that are regulated and do not charge any upfront fees. Hope that helps.0

Hi Waterworld, You aren't obligated to deal with Pinnacle as you are outside the statute of limitations of six years of nonpayment. Therefore, the 'debt' isn't legally enforceable. However, if you want professional advice and legal representation that puts your mind at rest, I would contact either an FCA or SRA timeshare specialist who doesn't take any upfront fees.
