Appalling TALKTALK customer service

I have been a talktalk customer for many years, a year ago after having major heart surgery, I was experiencing daily disconnections and sometimes unable to connect at all, it took this incompetent company from hell 3 months to identify a faulty talktalk router, in fact it was identified by BT Openreach and THAT WAS ONLY AFTER RESOLVER got involved, left to their own devices I would still be experiencing the same issues, an internet company that leaves a customer with daily disconnections for months because they couldn't even identify a faulty router beggars belief, but that wasn't the worst of it, along the way they screwed me in every possible way, my brother with another major provider had his connection problem fixed with an engineer visit in 2 DAYs,  with talktalk I had to wait 3 weeks for an engineer who never bothered to turn up or even call, despite talktalk promising me compensation for that AND for all the time that I had bad connection, that disgusting company actually penalised me not ONCE but TWICE, it really beggars belief, I had to go through all this for months with a heart condition, this "company" always claim they prioritise vulnerable customers, what a joke, they crapped on me every time, promises of a manager calling me, time after time were all lies, the CEO office didn't lift a finger to help me, I tried posting on that company's forum but no one at that company cared or respnded, recently I was contacted by someone named "Helen" from ceo office leading me to believe that she was going to look into the matter, it turned out that she only wanted to amuse herself, she gave a contact phone number fully knowing that she had no intention to talk to me, it seems she thought that was funny, how a ceo would allow employees of that company to abuse venerable customers like this is beyond me, even by the low standards of talktalk, they are at the top for customer complaints among broadband providers, but this was quite evil, and they did this to customer of 12 years who just wanted his terrible connection to be fixed, I have left that company now, my advice is to choose a decent company that would treat you like a human being and not this company from hell.
