Thankyou everyone for all your advise. So I eventually got through spoke to a bloke dead friendly and helpful. He is still getting the contribution element but not the income related, its this part that, has been overpaid and to be paid back. He is, getting someone to call me from the benefits part to go through a, breakdown with us and then we will have to call the debt management dept to arrange how, to pay the overpayment back.
