Hugs to everyone.. cos I am feeling huggy today.

I've washed myself.. I now smell ok and people may actually stand next to me without checking their shoes for poop!!

I've spent an hour sticking tickets on the remaining tombola prizes at school and I am aiming to get there this afternoon to help set up the tables at 1pm.. but I did say that was depending on whether DD5 was asleep or not I couldn't hold any guarantees. I also have 2 parcels being delivered which I don't want to miss.. think it is my lush stuff.. though it might be from play.. we shall see if it ever turns up!

Next door appears to have no electric as the house smoke alarms have been going off since 4am and are driving me insane now.. I am typing really loudly to drown them out a bit!! .. It wouldn't be so bad but they have all the house windows open so it is really loud.. I shall complain later when the guys get here.. gggrrrrr...

I've had 7 mc's.. but all earlyish nothing compared to losing a baby at 20 weeks I am certain..I'm at the point now where it doesn't matter any more.. I can't get attached and what will be will be.. I get on with it.. I'm quite certain I'd fall to pieces if I lost one at 20 weeks though so hugs to jjef and family!!

[STRIKE]Take christmas fayre stuff to school[/STRIKE]..I struggled there with a big box of wine and have transfered buns to managable size boxes which will slot under the pushchair and I have the christmas cake which will fit in my posh black tesco bag and be ok I think.

Morning all..................oh dear............not doing very well on this

Made some Birthday cards for grandchildren (they have birthday at christmas as well) on behalf of my Mum as she's not able to do any, did card for new foster boy who arrived last week and in the process of all this created more mess than there was in the first place.
Every 'hotspot' is still a 'hotspot' and I'm sure stuff breeds overnight.

Shan't get much done today in that area as I have to take a young lad to the bank to sort out his bank charges and getting them back.
    That's the afternoon gone.

Dinner is chicken, white wine sauce and taglettel...........easy peasy and thats all out ready to be done later on.
Letter rack about to fall over its so full of 'stuff'.

Oh eck................I'm a lost cause at the moment:confused:

    Maybe tomorrow ????

JJef - hugs and best wishes to you and your SIL and her family. Thinking of you all.

Nicola - you're thinking of having a party when you're about to have your stitches removed!!! Are you totally mad!!! You make sure it's not you tidying up after the party. Good luck with it all.

DS was only sick once last night. The fact that it was literally all over me is beside the point. Bless the little horror! The plus side of him being off to today means that I have to be at home too so i'm planing on flying my way through the house and getting as much done as possible for the week. So far i've done a good job of the kitchen and scaped the carpet on the stairs. I've also cleaned out the guinea pigs and done a load of washing.

    Jobs for the next hour;
    1) Sort out the ironing
    2) Sort out some more washing
    3) Put one christmas tree up with lights so the children can decorate it when DD comes home from school.

My mum has been a total star and bought round two big Waitrose shepherd's pies for tea so I don't have to think about cooking. She's a star!

Hugs to all. Off to do the next three jobs now xx

Was feeling a bit grumpy, till I read the old thread and Shell insinuated that I would make a sex joke out of her playing at doggies, I most certainly would not! :D

jjef Hope your SIL is ok, and it works out better next time.

So far I have been quite good. Hubby talked at me about BB stuff and I got bored and fed up and grumpy (I had been trying to sort out my list for Christmas food). Then he went to work and i decided the boxes of decorations that were still sitting there were getting sorted. So dec's up and boxes in hall ready to be packed away later.

Sweet and sour rice for lunch then tackle the kitchen. And the rest of the house too, just remembered my blinds are being installed tomorrow.

and.. DS2 is well trained, he spills milk, he cleans it up! :D

I need to get on with various bits - but the house is more or less clean (if not tidy! we are still waiting on storage to arrive!)

What I really need to get done is stitching for other people (I am seriously late getting one of these out!)

So this is my weekly list so far

    1. Soak chickpeas
    2. Make chickpea curry
    3. Get cards for Henry and Natalie
    [STRIKE]4. Organise gift for Henry - AP - DONE[/STRIKE]
    5. Send card for Henry - AP
    6. Do minimum of 5 hours stitching on “Gather ye Rosebuds”
    7. Parcel up and send gift to Team Tango - AP
    8. Sort out fun stitching project
    9. Re-cycling out
    10. Go to FLYmeet
    11. Get Christmas pressies sorted out
    12. Sort out car stuff - AP

Other stuff will be added as it crops up AND if I do something extra I will add it and instantly cross it through (makes me feel better!) - cleaning is tricky on crutches though!
Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup :D
