Bolton's case numbers are now dropping quite significantly, while case numbers in many areas are going up.  If rates in the South London boroughs keep increasing at the same rate then in a few weeks we'll be more concerned about Londoners leaving their local area.

I'm always concerned when Londoners leave their local area to be honest!
