What does one do with curd? Other than put it in pastry shells.

Toast, or fresh bread and butter. Delicious.

Or drizzled on Greek yoghurt. Or cheesecake topping. Or to make tarte au citron. Or as a cake filling.

So much to read, so little time.2 -
Absolutely. All of those things. And as a bit of flavour and bite to any dull vanilla ice cream you have knocking around.

Haven't you got any teaspoons?

In Aldi recently and the high price of meat looks to be affecting their buying. All the tinned meat products such as creamy chicken, chili, curry, beef stew have gone from the shelves. A manager told me they are no longer stocked due to cost of production.
Rather than buy mince we buy the cheaper stewing steak packs and chop it in a food processor. None available for weeks.

I'm not aware of any of that in my local Aldi stores but I'll check later when I'm doing my weekly visit.
I make my own meatballs (from turkey mince) but I buy the tinned meals for the food bank so would miss them if they were discontinued. Lately, I've only bought macaroni cheese as a vegetarian option so I need to check. 🤔

I got some Tinned Chilli from Aldi last week, so not gone from here - not yet, anyway.
I recommend the Aldi Taco Beans as a store cupboard staple - they are very nice.

I checked in my Aldi too. They have replaced their own tins of meatballs with Prince's (chicken) meatballs but they had chilli as @Cornucopia said and veggie chilli. There were also two two tinned curries.
No stewing steak but that might return with colder weather.
I'll be watching this space. 😊
