    Lidl Today

Good Buy  - Bulgur Wheat in their 1001 delights week.   At 99p for 200g it's half the price of Tesco's and Sainsbury's.   Even better when there appears to be an unadvertised 2 for 1 offer.  Fortunately I'd picked up 2 as I use Bulgur to bulk out vegan mince and was surprised when a discount popped up on the till and receipt.

In other news the orange stickers seem to have been reduced to 20/50% from 30/60%, not that there are as many interesting ones there these days.  They were definitely at the higher discount on Tuesday when I nipped in to use a voucher up for a free doughnut on the way past.

I think the change occurred earlier this week.  I was returning to this thread to note that prices have increased a lidl or a lot and discounts have decreased.  (And then found your post.)

Interested in the Bulgur Wheat offer. Is it 2 for 1for customers with the Lidl app, or for anyone?

99 p for everyone, 2 for 1 don't know for sure - it caught me by surprise.   I used the App but there wasn't any offer in there, on the website or the Shelf End Label.   It just popped up as a discount at the till after I scanned the app so possible only for App users.

This was a good spot, I stocked up on the same when I nipped in yesterday. At 99p/kg its marginally better value than supermarket own prices:

I went in very specifically to stock up on caramelised almonds. I bought 2 x 150g bags of the specimen on the LHS for £3 during the week, and enthralled by their deliciousness went back for more. What I found instead were 100g bags without the layer of honey and cinnamon, for £1.50 - so 50% more expensive:

No man is worth crawling on this earth.

So much to read, so little time.

This might seem a silly question but with the Lidl plus app you have to nominate a store.
If you shop at another Lidl store do the coupons still work ?

They went through a phase when a couple of your vouchers were specific to your home store... but they don't seem to be doing that any more.   I quite often use my vouchers at one of four or five Lidls when I'm on my travels.

Lidl frozen Harvest Basket hash browns used to be my favourite, but the pack I got recently have clearly changed they take forever to cook, are a different colour and slightly unpleasant texture.
I decided to feed the rest to the birds!

Lild still beat Aldi for the triple cooked chips though 👍
