    Got two packs of 10 Deluxe Pork Sausages for 20p a pack! Gave a pack to my parents.
  • Funny how there's little of Lidl's Snaktastic crisps when Walkers have issues. Do you think that Walkers make Lidl's crisps?

    I was incorrectly charged on two different items at Lidl the other day, where they've increased the price but not changed the shelf label. Both over 7% increase. I quite often see some mistakes with shelf labelling at my local store, but now I'm even more vigilant what with all these price increases.

    I think the health "benefits" of kefir over bog standard yoghurt are overstated and marginal.
    Then why are you paying a premium for it?   :D
    It was on offer - £1 instead of £1.50 - which made me take a punt, one that did not pay off. But at least I have affirmation that sticking to Lidl's yoghurt is the right thing to do! There is nothing that recommends the Onken product to me.

    So much to read, so little time.
  • Lidl’s oregano has gone to 17g. Were some posts about the half filled jars earlier in the thread.
  • Can someone let me know when Aldi's ES mince pies are discounted please? Its usually a week in November.

    @S_uk = you're not the only one.

    Not me but when I was queued waiting to pay the guy in front of me was charged £48 (yes £2 shorty of £50!!) for a bag of sprouts!  That's the way it had been loaded into their system apparently but no one else seemed to have noticed.  The only way I can think that possible is if it was uploaded just before he got to the till or no one else at all had bought any sprouts since they arrived.  And I assume they were meant to be 48p instead.

    I also assume that everyone here is money conscious enough that they would never let something like that slip through!!!

    They'd have to pay me £48 - at least - to eat sprouts! 🤢

    Well I'd say you're mighty cheap!  Only reason I'd buy them is to use as golf balls.  And I don't even play golf.
