I’m sorry, I would pull out at this stage 😢.
I know it’s an area you want to live in, and there is a lot to be said about that. But really, the landlord cannot be held responsible for the contact of his customers and like others have said here, can you imagine what it would be like with people standing around waiting for taxis, drunk people shouting loudly down their phone.. all of that. Good luck with whatever you decide to do though.0
