How soon after viewing do you expect feedback?

so we’ve so we’ve had afew viewings so far. We had one Friday evening & our estate agent has left a message for feedback. After our first ones, the feedback came quickly so I’m hoping we will get some from this viewer.

Dont expect feedback..id say if its given its a bonus.
If the buyer is interested they will offer on the property and if the agent needs to chase for feedback you'll probably at best be given some half hearted or generic."rooms too small etc"

If it's a no, they won't be honest.

That’s interesting to know. Every estate agent we’ve come into contact with has asked us for feedback so we thought it was the norm. And the viewers we’ve had have all given feedback either during the viewing or afterwards - this is the first where our estate agent has actively contacted.
    Thanks for that :)

Don't expect it, and don't really want it as it provides no value. Only interested if they want to make an offer or not.

I viewed quite a few houses last year - only one EA asked me for feedback on a property. And then I only imagine it was because it wasn't selling as quickly as others in the area were.

Our property was on the market for 6 months, our agent was pretty good at chasing for feedback. Not one piece of feedback we received was useful or constructive - people mostly complained about the size and other things that we can’t change.

If an agent has left a message for me when I'm in the middle of working etc, I may well not make much effort to get back to them (unless it actually suits me to do so because I'm interested in pursuing the property there and then).

In my limited experience, you either get feedback the next day or you don't get feedback at all.

I'd say, if you don't hear back the next day then it's a no and feedback is just another way of the EA saying that they have asked if they are keen. Usually no feedback means "It's not for me."

I viewed about 30 properties and was only contacted by the EA for feedback on about 4/5.
