Thanks for replying , so I ignore this letter giving me 14 days , not to reply to them ?? 

I could not see in the link about in Scotland sorry ?

The thread title has Scotland in it. Almost every post on that thread mentions either Scotland, Scottish, or the Sheriff Court. All giveaways that that thread, like yours, relates to Scotland. 

The advice given in that thread, at this stage, applies to you as well.

Just tap the link in @Redx's post, it's the same link that I gave you earlier. Read the whole of that thread, it's not very long, that's because there's not much more to say about a private parking charge in Scotland.
