Letter from QDR solicitors

Hope someone can help me, on Friday I received a letter from the above solitaire on behalf of there client ZZPS for a PCN dating back to 2018 giving me 14 days to pay or threatening me with court action . 

I live in Scotland , believe I was parked in a retail park privately owned , ignored the parking letter I received and three later I get this letter through 
Any advice would be appreciated , thanks

I hope you meant solicitor?  The NEWBIE sticky (the one that says read this first) first post has all the info you need about PCNs in Scotland and the fourth post all you need about debt collectors.

Which parking firm is involved?  It's not ZZPS, they are just debt beggars.

QDR are being very silly again ?   They know that ZZPS cannot instruct them, only the parking company can .... so who is the parking company ???

QDR are scamming you trying to add a fake amount. ZZPS are simpleton debt collectors with ZERO power.

So you know, QDR and ZZPS are like kissing cousins and are both in bed with the disgraced Wright Hassle solicitors ...... yes, that really is their name

You are in Scotland so you never name a driver.  

Don't be scammed and ignore them and if their silly threat of passing it to a legal in scotland,  come back here.  Only extra costs are nominal court fees which is roughly the fake amount they have added and as they have no legal authority to do so, courts don't allow it because it is a fake

Never pays these cowboys .. and remember, ZZPS are part of the great unwashed in the mega parking scam

The letter said on behalf of their client ZZPS who act on behalf of civil enforcement limited

Yes I did mean solicitor , typo error   I cannot locate the particular thread on the pcn in Scotland ?

So do I ignore this letter from QDR solicitors , they have stated I have 14 days to pay and threatening me with a decree against by name by Civil Enforcement Ltd on behalf of their clients ZZPS LIMITED ??

ZZPS are simply circus clowns and this has nothing to do with them.  ZZPS are just pointless money scammers.

ONLY CEL CAN BE THE CLIENT FOR QDR and given the rubbish claims from CEL, QDR are either very brave or stupid to support that bunch

If you get a letter before claim from QDR giving you 30 days, come back here.

Thanks for replying , so I ignore this letter giving me 14 days , not to reply to them ?? 

I could not see in the link about in Scotland sorry ?
