Hi Liz, thanks for your update, I have listened to the call and here is how it went:

3rd ring lady answers hello, a bit in shock, moving house calls from solicitor and people like that was not expecting yourself. Presenter says can’t ring back later do call now, lady of course, help massively with house move. 

  Presenter says to lady first answer exact amount, lady is it £30,000, presenter oh my god you’ve just won £30,000. Lady dreaming shaking shock literally, just wake my baby up 18 months don’t know shaking pick him up, amazing thank you, cannot believe it

Wednesday- 2 rings gent answers, presenter he is ringing from cash register, says to gent to find good place for signal. Gent says on way to pick kids up, knows what’s coming just don’t know man. money help gent go on holiday with kids first holiday as a family. Gent mentions wedding in Barbados cannot afford it so pulled out, is brothers wedding. 
  Presenter says to gent accept first answer, exact amount how much in cash register. Gent gives £41,500 says hear me says £41,500 again, presenter you said right amount you’ve won £41,500. Gent you just don’t know this means a lot just amazing, need to call my missus right now, not just amazing it is shamazing, been playing every single day, massively appreciate you guys

Thursday- presenter 4 winners in a row. 

  4 rings lady answers hello, presenter he is calling from cash register, lady says very well working hard, presenter asks what us noise in background, lady says look after dogs, best job ever. 

  Presenter asks lady family member scream loudest, lady says it would be daughter she is 39, go half split it with daughter, just hope got it right, head not always remember, not written down never thought you would ring. 

  Presenter says he must take first answer, lady think it was 
£60,000 oh my god have I got it wrong, presenter you’ve just won £60,000. Lady can be heard in background saying I’ve just won £60,000. Lady says my daughter is going to go mad when I tell her,  husband think she said lady a bit of luck her way. Presenter asks thing that will help family. Lady says son as well, will help family, think said friends have a party. Lady has a holiday next year and this will help pay for it, thank you you guys you do so much good

Yes, it seems to have been cancelled, no mention of it all so far (that I've heard anyway).

I'll listen when I can today although I've got a few work meetings when I won't be able to.
If anyone happens to hear any announcement either way, please post it here and I'll check back at lunchtime.

Personally I do not think that they should have cancelled it.
Regardless of my feelings, it has potentially saved them >£60,000.

The competitions run at a profit so not running means no profit rather than saving them anything

I don’t think it would have been disrespectful to still do the comp. 

Might have had more chance of winning lol.
