What would happen if you answered the cash register call with “make me a winner” from the other radio stations? Just curious 🤔
Or can you answer these with anything?

There is not a specific answering phrase for the Cash Register comp so it wouldn't matter but the presenter will ask what that days prize amount is. You must give the correct, exact, amount for the day, to win it.

Doesn't matter what you say when you answer the phone (as long as it's not offensive) and you know the prize amount when asked - as make me a winner is same group (Bauer) they are unlikely to find that offensive.

Just in case anyone had a missed call just after 3pm, you can relax, it wasn't the Cash Register

Wednesday- apologies for the slightly late today’s call post, something came up but I managed to record the call. 

  4 rings gent answers hello, presenter she is ringing from cash register, works building site, stressed at work rush around bits finish off before finish for fortnight,  just nervous, me and wife going on honeymoon next yearcmarried this year later due to covid, around Mediterranean, 2 young kids, stuff for Christmas and car on blink, just chance see if anything comes out of entering. 
  Presenter asks gent how he would react if wins, right probably start crying, last cried wedding day, presenter so would be happy tears. 

   Presenter accept first answer exact amount, gent gives £70,000, presenter to gent put waterworks on for me, let’s have those happy tears you’ve just won £70,000, gent I’m shaking lads looking at me as if gone crazy, is this genuine, few lads on building site, presenter asks gent to shout-out win, gent heard shouts guess what just won cash register for £70,000, they won’t believe it  Gent says to presenter don’t understand how much pressure off me, thank you so much.

Thursday- 3 rings lady answers hello, presenter she is calling from cash register. Lady on school run, now is a brilliant time to chat, she knows why presenter is calling, is nervous
  Presenter asks lady has she thoughts for the money, lady says no her heart  think she said beating million miles an hour, 1 child 13 years old she will be over the moon, think she said decorating to do. 

  Presenter asks lady how much in cash register, lady gives £85,000, lady says play every day me and little boy, presenters you’ve just won £85,000, never expected call been entering think she said years or ages.

Friday- presented over £280,000 on cash register this week. 
  5th ring think presenter said hello and lady said something quick. Presenter oh my goodness 4.5 ring my finger was hovering on hanging button. Got goosebumps working from home every day listening new amount spreadsheet help young one driving lesions exam extra money for his car, holiday, Christmas sort things out for house. Take your answer exact, it is £100,000 had a feeling you new it good news for you repeat after me I’ve just won £100,000, lady very overwhelmed says is shaking can’t believe it think said tell mum sister nice meal, 18th birthday chocolate cake asks presenter wants to hear again and presenter says you’ve just won £100,000

Monday - apologies for the late post, something came up, I managed to record the call. 

  2 rings lady answers hello, presenter says cash register call, lady no way joking, presenter don’t swear, lady I won’t swear. 

  Lady dropped daughter off, 36 year old daughter, been to niece’s to drop off her birthday presenter, her birthday today lady has got her pyjamas, wine took her out for a meal. Presenter says lady can give niece something extra if she wind cash register. Lady says she is nervous. lady said something quick then that she has text so many times never get a call  presenter asks lady when she entered today, lady says entered 5 minutes before 3 o’clock. 

  Lady says never expected to get the phone call, money will change her life dramatically, treat kids and grandkids, Christmas. treat myself go on holiday, week off back to work tomorrow. Presenter asks lady for exact amount, lady gives £25,000, presenter to lady you are going to have best Christmas ever lady says she is shaking, thank you very much first thing just book a holiday haven’t got a clue where to go on holiday, not been away 5-6 years.  Lady says still shaking.

Tuesday- presenter - 6 winners in row. 
  4 rings lady answers hello, presenter she is calling from cash register. Lady is good today, just few jobs around the house, not been very well so off work. 

  Lady says daughter think she said at uni and it is her birthday she is 19 today. Lady says she enters always constantly cash register. Presenter says she must accept first answer, exact amount lady says it’s 
£32,500. Presenter to lady if she told her daughter you’ve just won cash register, her daughters reaction, lady says daughter yippee. Lady starts coughing, is amazed can’t believe it, is it real, think presenter said it is real. Lady will shopping, nice meals, conservatory, says husband walking past think she said mentioning conservatory. Lady says thank you very much

Wednesday- 2 or 3rd ring, lady answers hello, presenter todays cash register call. Lady out walking dog or dogs, little Jack Russell got 2 dogs. Presenter asks lady how she treat loved ones, lady take time off lost dad 2021 think said mum needs a knee operation would like to spend more time with mum. 

  Presenter asks how much, lady it is £35,000 and wins. Lady oh my god, thank you, when tell mum she will be over moon, take time off, no idea do with money, enter all the time will tell daughter think said  daughter just arrived home
