    There’s a man on the news saying because of this, he’s changing banks. Erm every bank has had a tech problem every few years

    And the same man says his buying a car as going away on Monday, nothing like leaving everything to the last moment, but still always someone else's fault.

    Same here............
    Always like to have an alternative bank account & credit / debit card.

    ^^ This is why it’s important to have a backup.

    Hate when a bank is having problems as customers blame US for it!

    App is now working for me; online banking is completely gone.

    Also, the backoffice systems seem to be down. You can send a Faster Payment, but it doesn't arrive the other end.

    This kind of problem is why I didn't change to a digital secure key and on my HSBC account and kept my physical one.
    Their app went down for 3 days a few months ago which reinforced my decision, people relying on digital were locked out.

    Yes same for me I get this when trying to view my transactions.
