Also, the backoffice systems seem to be down. You can send a Faster Payment, but it doesn't arrive the other end.0 -

This kind of problem is why I didn't change to a digital secure key and on my HSBC account and kept my physical one.
Their app went down for 3 days a few months ago which reinforced my decision, people relying on digital were locked out.0 -
