Hi everyone hope you’re all well.
I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone at the retail park so am thinking to go down there and speak to someone about cancelling charge.
I’m guessing they might find me off saying they can’t do anything about it or that it’s now with debt company, any suggestions as to what I can say? In terms of rights etc. Thanks in advance.
Also a friend has also received a letter from DRP about parking at a Sainsbury’s and he is going to pay it?!

As I said before looks like DRP are sending out a batch of these parking charges now after the lockdown. Wringing their hands with all the money that’s going to come in.

Last week you said you were going to check your V5c.
    Did you do that?

That's pretty stupid, given Sainsburys will probably cancel it and if not, the PPC is probably Horizon who are 100% beatable at POPLA due to not knowing who was driving.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Like me they’re worried about the implications of not paying it. Apparently it’s Euro Car Parks

Stop being so scared of PPCs.  Sainsburys CEO can cancel this, obviously.  It's PLAN A in the NEWBIES thread - landowner complaint.

Thank you I passed this on to him. It was his wife driving his car.
I still can’t find a CEO for the retail park 😥

Find out who the managing agents are and ask them.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
