Doh! Looks like you are going to have to rely on signage and landowner authority then, unless the judge strikes it out due to double recovery. You could try "I didn't know that the system was new or had changed (if it had) and there were no signs advising of that fact" but still, by your own post no payment was made.conrod98 said:Ah i forgot to pay before leaving the car park, normal car parks it's usually pay and Display with the willen lake car park is pay before you leave, which i must of have totally forgot to pay. There was no windscreen FCN i only found out by receiving an letter in post.2 -
That's going to be hard to defend, when the Defendant first drove into the car park, the Defendant didn't even notice the sign which says pay before exiting, i don't think there was enough signs about it0

If the template already has information about signage, i can't write about signage again as I'll get told off againRedx said:conrod98 said:That's going to be hard to defend, when i first drove into the car park i didn't even notice the sign which says pay before exiting, i don't think there was enough signs about itthen add those details into 3 to reinforce what you do know about the incident , clear and adequate signage are what form the contract with the driver, so as , The defendant , not Ithen show us your draft for the new 30 -
Not if you have nothing better to add , you may as we'll set the scene like in your reply above , it's a payment car park with poor and inadequate signage that the defendant failed to spot , so it failed Lord Dennings red hand rule
It's your choice , but I would be adding what I said in the absence of better legal points , you can only do your best3 -
Been reading so many threads, can't seem to find one similar to mine, struggling to think on what else to write, also I'm heading near mk so I'll go and have a look at the signage at the car park1

1 -
Well they can't if the PDT machine was faulty , so add faulty machine into p31
