Also one thing i noticed is they haven't written my first name on the claim form, it only has my middle name and surname, now i don't have my logbook to check the name as i scrapped the car in 2018

On 14 May at 12:43PM I wrote on your thread...

With a Claim Issue Date of 12th May, you have until Tuesday 1st June to file an Acknowledgment of Service. As @Le_Kirk says. do not file an AoS before 17th May, but otherwise there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.

When you login to MCOL to acknowledge the claim and do the AOS , you can add the correct name into a box , so do so

Just complete the AOS online , nothing else , once it's been done then MCOL is only used as read only , for progress reports

Going forward , it's all emails , no post , no MCOL website submissions , so emails only

Just because other options are there doesn't mean you have to do them !!

Due to the pandemic , it's all emails now

Have you read the guidance?
Particularly the bit in your very own thread on 14 May at 12:43PM...

To file an AoS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.

And then that very same post goes on to say...

To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.

Does anyone know if there is a way to change my username on this forum as there is a reason for it

Yes, your username can be changed if there is a good reason.

To help with that, have a read of this item from the Forum's FAQs:
