We're also waiting a decision. Submitted full application on the 4th May and valuation booked for tomorrow...I think! They also queried a bank statement on the same day we submitted which has been satisfied there end.
It seems like we're all in the same boat!0 -

Good luck with the valuation! Keep us updated with the progress, still no more queries on our application, I hope they would have asked us by now if there were 😬Wes121708 said:We're also waiting a decision. Fantastic! Fingers crossed for a positive offer soon then, so did your mortgage broker let you know about the valuation passing? I guess the underwriter now needs to review all the info so the mortgage broker wasn’t able to see an offer amount yet?superblade said:Valuation passed fine - Feel we're very close!0 -
I chased my broker and they advised it had passed the valuation and sent me a copy of the report. Provided some info about my bank statement so think they have all the info they need. Final straight hopefully!Owlseyes said:

So the valuation was passed today and we got the mortgage offer approved straight away! Which would all be fantastic, except the people buying our buyers house have pulled out and so now the chain is broken! 😩😩0

@Owlseyes that was super fast! Hopefully they find another buyer soon and it all comes together!
We had our valuation yesterday but no update yet.
We haven't provided evidence of deposit yet and they've not asked for it so assume if we get to that stage it'll take a while longer.0 -
Yes I couldn’t believe it when our mortgage broker phoned us and said the offer had been approved on the same day as the valuation! Astounded! Fingers crossed it all works itself out as I really don’t want to lose the house we’ve offered on 😬😬Wes121708 said:@Owlseyes that was super fast!
