Went to Currys in Nottingham city centre. The sales rep did not know much about this offer. He went on the computer and there is a link to the sky+ £29 offer but when he clicks on it the page is down. He rings another branch and finds out that i need to purchase a tv as well.Problem with having access to internet is that i get asked by many to solve their problems
Well at least i learn something on the way

He clicked the wrong link, it happened to me.
Needs a different link which requires a password.
I had to walk the Sales Rep through it...0 -
Just having mine fitted now, but as I use an av sender upstairs my old sky remote won't work. Does anyone know the cheapest place to buy a sky+ remote for me to use upstairs or can I tune in an all 4 one remote (how easy is this to do)? The guy fitting has offered to sell me a new sky+ remote for £15, just checking how reasonable that is.

Having Sky+ fitted 28/12-Have 2 tvs in 2 lounges can I have Sky + fitted in one lounge and leave existing sky box where it is so I can watch Sky in both rooms. I know I would only be able to watch same channel as not payin for multi room.
If I can do this how do I get a 2nd viewing card?0 -
I'm an existing customer. Do I need to take anything with me when I sign up in-store like my viewing card number or something?
Are the boxes the new PVR3 model?
Also if Sky mess up the installation or there are problems will they fix it without charging any additional fees?
Thanks!0 -
Ive just rung sky and they wanted 149.00 for the box and installation, is it possible to do this online with currys or do you have go in?0
