Is the £49 (or less) price available to customers who do not pay a monthly fee to Sky?

Currys St Albans have Sky+ for £29 today if you buy anything else e.g. batteries.

It is £29 + £30 for installation.

No. You have to subscribe to use Sky+
• I went in and got it on Monday.

No probs, there was a sign up saying Sky+ £29 and £30 installation.

Didnt have to buy anything either.

Asked for it to be fitted on the 28th, but they are coming out on 2nd Jan

Thanks op :)
Can I tell the installer I want him to take down the old cable because I want the double coaxial cable because I don't want to have more holes drilled?
My cable had to be changed to the double cable, I don't think I had a choice, the cable fitted through the same hole as the single cable so no drilling was needed. He also fitted a new piece to the middle of the dish, can't remember what he called it though.

the bit in the middle of the dish is called the lnb, they would need to change it from the current single feed for normal sky, to double feed, for the sky + functionality, if you where lucky you may have have got a quad feed one, so to make it easy to set up ur own multiroom, Dave
Take every day as it comes!!
• Do Sky send a new viewing card when you have Sky+ installed? It's just that my installation is on Sunday and if you need a new card they haven't sent one.
