I would call round all of them asking if they had anything coming onto their books that met my requirements. I would also tell them my strengths as a buyer eg sold to FTB and have AIP etc etc.Christina29 said:
Sorry I don’t want to sound ignorant (first time buyer and all that) but how do you get on friendly terms with them?Octothorpe said:Definitely get friendly with someone in each branch.
I have seen 4 places all before rightmove listed and 3 sold before hitting rightmove.
None suitable for me unfortunately but i was in the door to view them before anyone else.
Just was chatty with them! Explained how difficult it was finding anything currently.
Also I'd always get back to them about viewings feedback. I would also view some that i knew probably weren't going to be right but I guess it did the EA'S a favour as got people in to the house for them.
Realised i saw 6 before RM listing and all but 1 sold before being listed.

If the tenants don't move out in Sept and you have spent a lot of money how long would you wait?Lewist123 said:The market is very busy at the moment - we are in the middle of a house purchase and the house is currently tenanted until september.
