Alternatively, just email your Directions Questionnaire as a pdf to your local court - find the email address on CourtFinder.
Remember to send a copy to the Claimant.

Extremely good point , proving that asking a loaded question can result in a good answer , but maybe not the best answer !! Lol. 😁😁

Submitted N180 via email to local court and claimant's "info" email address found on Group Nexus contact page.
Assume I do not need to submit to Claimant's legal rep (DCB Legal)

    That is the wrong assumption.
What does your County Court Claim Form say in the box entitled Address for sending documents and payments?

Thanks - good job I asked. Slightly unclear from the N149A which merely suggests serving on other parties.
The Address on the Claim Form is a postal address - Do I need to post a paper copy or can I send to DCB Legal via email?

The usual answer is "if you have an e-mail address for DCB Legal and they have communicated with you by e-mal, then it is fine."  In these Covid times, why would anyone use snail mail?

Well, both my wife and brother in law would not be able to send an email.

They could ask you to do it on their behalf!

    I don't understand the relevance.
