You just have a beef with people PCPing cars then?0 -

Surely I don't need to spell out the name of this website"The Holy Writ of Gloucester Rugby Club demands: first, that the forwards shall win the ball; second, that the forwards shall keep the ball; and third, the backs shall buy the beer." - Doug Ibbotson0

I've been on this site for 17 years and it was NEVER about eking out a living in a spendthrift way.The Debt-Free Wanabee and Old Style Moneysaving subforums are very much about living in a spendthrift way, but with specific goals in mind. The rest is about getting stuff in cost efficient ways.

But the forum is named:
Motoring
A Special section for all things cars and motoring
As already stated - there are several forums on this site that have ZERO focus on money saving - should all posts that don't fit your idea of being MSE be stopped as well
There is nothing (afaik) in the T&Cs that state posts HAVE to be related to money saving - which would be easy enough for them to do if that's what they wanted. But their forum, their rules and discussing/suggesting/recommending PCP isn't against the site rules
As i said - you don't have to use the motoring forum and/or read posts relating to PCP if you feel that strongly about it

Its not hard to spot the PCP, Maserati, new car threads so simply scroll on by.
Most of the threads have titles that dont interest me, but i dont get "outraged" and expect them to be stopped, i just scroll on by.1 -
Just for the record I am not outraged (your words) or expect talk of PCP to be stopped (your words again). I just don't think PCP is MSE. There are plenty of motoring forums where you can discuss PCP, Lambos, Tesla's & maseratis until your heart's content. I just thought this was a money saving expert forum to discuss cheap motoring"The Holy Writ of Gloucester Rugby Club demands: first, that the forwards shall win the ball; second, that the forwards shall keep the ball; and third, the backs shall buy the beer." - Doug Ibbotson0
