Thank you guys!😃
This morning I had my gym session - the PT has added two new exercises - a very low weight semi-squat that doesn't hurt my knees and an exercise on what is like a skiing machine where you replicate the motion of using ski poles although with cables instead of skis. On my way home, as it was such a beautiful day, I stopped and had a coffee sitting outside the cafe and watched the world go by. 😎
This afternoon I caught up with the final episodes of ' The Split' - it was such a good series - I'll miss it now it's finished for ever. ☹️DD arrived here at tea time. She currently in the bedroom on a work call, but after she's finished we've got M&S plant-based Kievs, wholemeal rice, broccoli and tomatoes for dinner whilst we settle down and watch 'Derry Girls' and 'Julia. Tomorrow she is treating me to lunch up town, we'll have a mooch around the shops and then I am accompanying her to an alumni event she has been invited to by her old uni. Full on day tomorrow!

I'm back again! Currently staying at DD and her OH's Scottish abode/Croft and dog-sitting their two very large hairy dogs whilst they are away!
I arrived last Wednesday and am here till Monday when I fly back to Seasideville. It's been a nice rural break although the Giant Dogs (we call them the The Bears!🐻😃) tend to get me up at the crack of dawn! The weather has been quite good with not too much rain and I've been spending my days pottering about doing housework (daily vacuuming essential with these two!), reading and generally having a relaxing time. Unfortunately my bad knee has meant that I'm unable to take the dogs out for walks as if they pull I'm quite likely to go down but a kind neighbour has been walking them daily for me.MSE SCRIMPY THINGSMSE wise, apart from ordering click and collect groceries from the Tesco in Inverness on my way here from the airport, all I've spent is coffee and cake at a local cafe with DD's friend and a loaf from the local shop.Anyway I've got quite a bit of catching up to do on diaries so will definitely be back later!👍Finally Debt Free! - July 2016 🌟
