It looks like Shaunagh who works for dcbl has rehashed one of OPS WS and plagiarised it as her own work. Because she has signed off this document as being true I which she states OPS is "my company" and all those empty carpark pics and sign close ups have irrelevant dates on them. 

Sounds like the normal statement from DCBL especially signing a statement of truth well knowing that fakery has been added and using the fabricated and unregulated code of practice which offers no legal authority to add fake amounts. 

DCBL were using Yasmin Mia to sign the statement of truth and putting her neck on the block for contempt.  Shaunagh is doing the same. What she signs off as true .... IS NOT

It just needs one judge to apply "contempt" ..... in your case, DCBL/Shaunagh will not know until the case is heard if that will be the judge

As she says ... "It cannot be accepted or denied" ......  Seems like she has been watching too much of Kavanagh QC

Yes. There is also nothing on the signs regarding "payment clock starts on entry" or that this site is excluded from BPA or landowner grace periods etc 

Another point I've included is that they say they can't confirm the carpark was full, I wasn't obstructing, that I couldn't make a payment etc - so how on an earth can they prove I was there for over 22 minutes continuously or that I was "parked" or knowingly agreed, understood and entered into a contract when they cannot prove any of the other stuff!?

Thing is, ANPR is perfectly capable of knowing exactly how many cars are inside at any given period of time.  So why is this ANPR operator withholding that data?

I did ask for a copy of the log, but was refused because it contained other people's details! There is an email to evidence this request not being actioned as they could easily redact. They have also failed to answer what legal authority they have to operate ANPR etc. They are running a case against me and countless others will no actual evidence. They can't prove whether I was parked - yet say I was  and that they are not pursuing me for trespassing though!?!  I've also asked them why thr PCN amount has doubled and they say I'd have to speak to DCB about that!  Still waiting back on a follow up SAR from OPS with more vague discrepancies I want accounts for .

I dounbt that, surely it only contains VRNs.  Only the owner of the the land can start trespass claims.  Have you read the newbies?  They are a sine qua non for dealing with this matter.

The other parties VRMs can easily be be redacted if it was ever that much an issue.

I fear that may have too many big words for OPS and DCB to understand - they might need the "Fair and transparent processing made incredibly simple" version.
