Yes it was Lloyd Russell-Moyle who was instrumental in getting OPS removed from Peacehaven Co-op, which now operates with no PPC and ordinary signs that are more than sufficient to inform people where to park and where not to stop.  No penalty.  Still a deterrent.

UPDATE
I managed to get through to DCB Legal and it appears my car was first sighted going in at at one  time then shown leaving 20 mins later which I know was NOT the case. It appears I have been double dipped! 

I remember circling around the block looking for spaces to no avail and being stuck in this one. There is no way I was stationary here for half an hour!  The signage was poor to non-existent as thr carpark was full.

But it is highly likely I may have turned in then out when seeing full as I remember looking at other sites nearby including Sainsburys etc and then returned as was driving a lot that day.  That must of been why I initially dismissed it because I know this info of me "staying/ parking" to be wrong!  I have read up about Double-Dipping here before.

so you're saying you went into the carpark twice and the ANPR only caught you going in the first time and only out the second time?

Yes. Basically I needed to get off the road and was looking for somewhere in the city centre and remember this carpark being full and driving around looking for another spot include roadside bays as well as the bug Sainsbury's underground parking lot which is nearby.  Then most likely went back to here because it was less busy than when I previously looked only to a a nightmare attempting to pay or Source a way to do it.  This is known as Double Dipping. There is plenty of info on it out there and it was exposed on BBC's Watchdog. 
I knew it was q mistake when I looked at the letter hence probably why I disregarded it as I figured it was a scam and unfair as there is no way I'd be there for that time with in a stationary car with a screaming toddler and baby on an industrial estate/ crime hotspot!

That's just over 20 minutes not half an hour, but I take your point and you should put it in your email complaint to the landowner.

Also, no-one told you to RING DCBLegal, you are never meant to phone these horrific companies or their robo-claim 'legal' firms!

I just asked them for whatever paperwork they had on me as I didn't have the documents because they got disposed of.  They know I'm defending the claim as they got my court AOS account. 
I have contacted the landowner on email in other thread yesterday afternoon, but still no response yet and I'm a bit worried it's a dead address.

The documents will be supplied by you emailing the parking firm for a SAR, not phoning a robo-claim solicitor who DON'T have any documents.

OPS' data protection officer's email address is on their website under 'privacy' and she usually replies in the same week.
