            Morning All!
ad a good night for once, only woke up twice.:T
Off to church in a minute. Nativity play today, and I need some help from "The Boss", as Mum is not good at all. I can't believe how this illness haas taken over so quickly. I'm not even thinking about Christmas day now, only praying that she'll get to it. She's seeing a specialist Tues, who will decide if she can be fitted with a feeding "peg" in her stomach. Really hope so, otherwise it'll be hell for her and us.
DS is still asleep, don't suppose he'll surface for hours:rotfl:
Anyway, have a good day all, sorry if I sound miserable, that's because I am, and you guys are a real help.
Thank you.I Believe in saving money!!!:T

            Hello everyone,
Had a busy day here. Defrosted the small freezer and cleaned out the fridge/freezer. All ready for my xmas cooking and freezing. Ironed, made a loaf of bread and a coconut cake. Mowed the front yard and DH did the rest. XDIL & DGS came up for a few hours this arv. He poo-ed his pants, and said Poppa did it.:D Nauny Poppa. He's really good with his wee's in the potty, hardly any accidents but is putting up resistance with the other.
It was a scorcher here this arv. Cooled down about 5pm when we went into the yard. DH all set for tomorrow's op. Thank you for all the good wishes. I've passed them on to him. We will have to leave early so think I will hit the sack early as well.
Taplady Hope you enjoyed your night out and he was a lucky boy.
JackieO Good luck for Wednesday.
CM Never heard of a Christingle service before. Sounds lovely though.

Lovely pics Csarina, hugs to Hilstep & JackieO
We have a hours peace here, the lodgers gone to church, well she's stood on the doorstep waiting for her lift, who, so far is 20 minutes late. I hope it doesn't start to rain again before she gets collected, she doesn't 'do' rain.
Hubby's playing with his fishtank again, those poor bl00dy fish get no peace when he's out of work, lol.
Hope everyone has a good day
Hugs Hester

csarina, that is beautiful - it's so nice to have you back posting again.
Morning all! wet and windy here at the moment, it was beautifully sunny when we got up
Am shattered today; was our Christmas concert last night and we rehearsed for three hours first, all that time on my poor tootsies did them no good at all. Still it seemed to go well. DD23 was in the orchestra so it was a real family affair.
Got my cranberry relish made yesterday morning and potted up ready for the Big Day. My sis is the only one who eats it and I end up throwing the rest of it away every year so this year decided to try putting it in jars and keeping the excess for next year. We'll see if it works.
Today I'm going to blanch the sprouts (note, NOT start cooking them :rotfl: ) and freeze them ready for Delia's recipe (stir fried with bacon, much nicer than just boiled or steamed). Also I have to finish off writing the cards as I have a couple for the States and get a few more pressies wrapped. Oh and make a table runner and a lavender heart for a friend's birthday. That shouldn't take long
Have a great day everyone. Thank you for the well wishes yesterday, you're all lovely
Have a great Sunday (try and stay dry).
Mrs F xx0
