Can only put it down to some kind of glitch or some kind of delay at the DO.
OP it won’t affect you winning a case with eBay for INR.
Otherwise its next scan is delivery scan
Its how RM48 works0 -

So what causes it to instead display they are unable to confirm the status?In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0 -

If it is delivered tomorrow, you will have it presumably? Why will you lose out?No no, I said "saying delivered" which is different from actually being delivered.As said earlier, as far as eBay's system is concerned, you could live at the top of Scotland and the parcel could be 'delivered' to the bottom of England and eBay don't care because it's been delivered somewhere and the system just marks it as job done.0 -

We require all of the following to prove a successful on-time delivery:- Tracking number that can be validated on the shipping carrier's website and which was uploaded to eBay before the latest estimated delivery date;
- A delivery status of "delivered" (or equivalent in the country to which the item was delivered);
- The date of delivery;
- The recipient's address, showing at least the city/county or postcode (or international equivalent) that matches the one found on the Order details page; and
- Signature confirmation, on orders with a total cost of £450 or more. Learn more about our signature confirmation requirements.

You've lost me.
I've lost cases where just because the tracker says delivered, nobody gives a toss beyond that. Tracker says therefore I must have.
Yet I didn't have. It could've been with my neighbour and he could be lying about not having it, it could be in someone's bin, in a river, in the postman's house after he ticked it as delivered or on the moon for all I know. What I do know is that the parcel isn't in my possession but because tracker says delivered then its been delivered.
You ask for GPS info and they're less than helpful. Eventually you get told it was delivered at your address.
Well where is it then? Because it most certainly isn't at my address.0 -

So what causes it to instead display they are unable to confirm the status?
Seller generates label via RM software which advises RM the parcel is coming (to be collected/dropped off) but not with RM yet.
Misrouting scans can also generate such messages. RM intranet shows more details vs consumer site1 -

Misrouted sounds likely, both were significantly delayed with delivery taking 10 days or so.In the game of chess you can never let your adversary see your pieces0 -
