Google Pay - activity missing

I’m a regular user of google pay, linked to Nationwide CC. All has worked well and a major benefit is being able to see a list of activity on the app. Yesterday neither I or my wife could access the activity on our phones (same card) It says “No activity yet”. Contacting google is not possible, the FAQs are unhelpful and a google search has revealed nothing useful. Not sure if it is an app issue, a google issue, or a card provider issue. Has anyone else had this issue or is able help? Thanks.

The app is playing up for me too.  List of transactions pops up then goes to the "no activity yet" screen

No transactions showing for my Amex.  Curiously, I did get an alert for a regular payment in Google Pay this morning,

Same with me. I managed to get them to pop up for a second or two by playing around with the privacy settings, but then they disappeared again.

I had this problem. Uninstalled the app yesterday and re-installed and they all appeared again, but just checked now and they've gone again.

Agree  no activity shown on the app despite using it today

Also not showing any activity in the web based account at pay.google.com so it is not just the app.

I know this is an old post, but just searched for the same issue and found this.  Purchased things today using a couple of cards setup on Google Pay and activity is showing "No activity yet".  Usually I can see a list of transactions.  Not sure if this is just my mobile app that is playing up or if this is an issue with Google Pay.
