Have seen this advertised as a way to claim back money fromGovernment/Car Manufacturers for encouraging us to buy the so called money saving Diesel Cars by rigging the emissions. The sight seems to be run by a solicitor using the No Win-No Fee contract system which concerns me.Does anyone have any experience of this and would Martin recommend this kind of thing as it seems risky.I do not even know if the site owners are Kosha.

The government won't pay you anything
Diesels have lower car tax because of CO2 emissions being lower so you saved money.
Cheat tests affect only markets which tax based on NOx emissions which the UK doesn't, thus you have lost no money, thus you are not due anything1 -
Is there something in the water?0

Do you think that gives me grounds for a claim?
What about water in my diesel?0 -
I used to read threads on deleting EGR valves. I was always amazed that I never read a single comment on increased emissions. Nobody was bothered at all.0
