  • Have made an enquiry about this issue as have Leased June 2019, MyDiesel.com,expect/ want 50% of NoWinNoPay ,But my diesel uses a Clean ADDITIVE called BLUE recommended for diesel engines, which burns about 1.25lt per 1500miles or £9x10lt @£9 per 10lt. This was NOT Mentioned at the time by SKODA ,added inconvenience having to Buy and top Up, warning on the dash when due. Separate Tank filler located next to Diesel Filler. When choosing this Car it was advertised 45-63 mpg but  average is 40mpg urburn when was getting 28mpg Petrol. Short runs Petrol, Long runs Diesel , and the LAW is £££ extra when you Drive/Park, want to put us back on SQUARE WHEELS,or 1880 pre Industrial Revolution when Little boys went up Chimneys. or Battery ££££.  :(

Sorry, you're objecting because you didn't know about AdBlu when you ordered a new diesel car?
You'd be very hard pushed to find any Euro6 (post-2014) diesel that didn't use AdBlu.

It would be illegal for a supplier to quote any fuel figures other than the manufacturer's official ones, based on the standardised test conditions. If your journeys and driving style mean you do not achieve the same figures, that's not the manufacturer's problem.

    Ah, happy days...

BTW, would it be a reasonable guess to say you would probably have died by now, back then?

Vauxhall Insignia Grand Sport 1.6Tdi (introduced in 2017) doesn't use AdBlu. ;) (Or if it does it isn't a user-serviceable item).

Waste of time. You won't see any money for 5 years and that's IF they win their case.

I stupidly signed up to one of these mass no win no fee claims against an old employer (similar to the ASDA pay one). This was over 2 years ago and the next court hearing isn't for another 18 months apparently with more to follow after that. Wish I didn't bother.
  • Total scam, so waited almost 2 years for this company to get a result when they are supposed to have a result within a reasonable time. I have another issue with this company too, inflation has garn up since contracts were signed at 35% success fee. Now post inflation going up they now send an email almost 2 years after signing up saying they want up to 50% of my claim winnings now, that’s just great! 🤦‍♂️ I think I may close down my claim after what has been more than enough time to wait. Stay away from this company, ignore all glossy adverts. I don’t think they even are doing anything to be honest!
