Whereabouts in the NHS app does it show vaccinations?

I can see my appointment (as I was jabbed at the GP), But not the confirmation.

Does it only show once you've had both?
Mine shows in both short term medicines and immunisations

I've only had my first jab and it is there

I can see short term medications, but no section for immunisations...hmmm
You only see what your GP has set up for you to see. You need to speak to your surgery as it all falls under 'View your GP health  record'

Mine are listed under short term medications.

I have to use 'Patient Access'. When I log on it's on the front screen. I think individual surgeries can customise what patients see.

Yes they can. I could only see medications originally. Now I see all documentation, tests etc.
It has come in handy as I found my GP was asking for advice from a hospital department which was the complete opposite of what I had asked.
  • The NHS only shows vaccine details if your GP allows to you view your medical records online. Unfortunately mine don't unless I go in to the surgery in person and provide ID. Not something I want to do at the moment.
My GP surgery doesn't allow anyone currently to view medical records on the NHS app - but vaccinations are in a separate section and can still be viewed.
I don't seem to have that section at all then. I see Advice, Appointments, Prescriptions, Your health and Messages. Prescriptions just has details of my long term medication. Your health and Appointments are completely locked down for me. No where mentions vaccinations. Hopefully something that can be fixed centrally without the need to harass my GP because I'm sure they have better things to do.

My GP surgery's website suggests that the only way to get extra info under the health record NHS App is to visit in person for them to provide some kind of code.  Similar to the previous poster, I'd be reluctant to pop down there just for that during a pandemic, even if they were open for visits (which they are not).

GP surgery uses SystemOnline. Can find out when I had my various childhood vaccinations. No info on vaccines since I was 19 when I had Meningitis C vaccine.

My GP uses that too.   Again it shows childhood jabs.  Odd.
How's it going, AKA, Nutwatch? - 12 month spends to date = 2.60% of current retirement "pot" (as at end May 2025)

Does anyone have an idea how long people need to wait between 2nd dose and able to ring 119 to get paper certificate of vaccinated twice? Friend was vaccinated yesterday and hoping that she can go to Portugal 3rd week June. She hasn't got a smartphone, but partner does - so he can have his on NHS app on phone
