Would like to be able to access Tarka Trail without driving to it, can’t do anything fo various reasons until 2022.If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales1

We are looking in North West Somerset now which is a lovely area. Going down on Friday for 10 days or more if necessary. Have done a few viewings there on day trips (250 mile round trip) it doesn't seem quite so crazy as the Devon property market, and just as attractive, well at least we are getting viewings now.0

I might be there too if I wasn't here!Watch out in Sedgemoor and parts of Taunton Deane for flooding issues. Sometimes houses are cheaper there for a reason. I'd be surprised if property near the coast between Porlock and Watchet was as reasonable as in Mid Devon. I was up there a few weeks back and I definitely had 'poor relation' thoughts in some of the villages!
