The more they increase the charges the more likely they are to be penalised. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0

If it's at the appeal stage then complain to the BPA.Tazman1969 said:This just shows how corrupt & unregulated the industry is.
1st Appeal sent well within the 28 days confirmation received saying wait for reply to the appeal & today received a final notice and also a debt crawling letter at the same time whilst still in the appeal process.
Compliant to the BPA is in order even if nothing is done at least it highlights what they are doing.
And behold the amount as increased...
Is the debt collector letter from DRP OR another of the worldly wise idiots. Whoever the clown is, ignore it1 -

I sent pics of the sign & copy of the letters they sent showing the difference in what name they are claiming under, also I was willing to go to court that would be when have the right to see the contract details.KeithP said:@Tazman1969, what happened next?
Basically I just kept up communications and let them know that wasn't a pushover, and it's all gone silent and heard nothing else from them but know they have 6 years.1 -

No I don't live at the same address, but sent them a reflection notice to erase my old address and provided the new one for any further communications.Coupon-mad said:I meant you live at the same address.
