Hi
Long time Reading of this forum & have posted a couple of times, also have been fighting a PCN for over 5 years with help on another forum with Napier parking, that has gone quiet now for 6 months now ....will wait see what happens next..
Anyway was Hunting for background information on Britannia, and come across that they suffer from an identity crisis.
My Daughter received NTK - PCN (ANPR) in Brighton & on the signs has the words Managed by.
"Britannia Parking Group"
The NTK has the creditor as.
"Britannia Parking"
I have checked company house and they are listed as 2 totally different companies, started at different times with totally different reg numbers listed on there as.
"Britannia Parking Group Ltd"
&
"Britannia parking Ltd"
I have sent the template 1st appeal as set out in the Newbie's sticky also added that the NTK is not compliance with the mandatory information to hold the keeper liable as set out in POFA.
just asking really at this moment as does the 2 different conflict with the company's with the sign & NTK have any bearing?
Many thanks....

Should it get to court, the real killer could be their contract with the landowner. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Seen all this before. I helped someone a year ago with the same. The judge turned to the legal rep and said ..... "This is not very good for you is it ? The rep said NO SIR ... The judge said case dismissed and awarded £95 costs.

Thanks Beamerguy for the links, will start reading and digesting the information, better to be prepared and one step ahead then to sit and wait till the last min.
Can't believe that they are still making the same mistakes (well can really) as think they are law to themselves, even the NTK is totally wrong.
They just play on fear & misinformed that to no fault of their own don't know any better to pay up...Easily Money...4 -
That's interesting....
2 min reading and looking back to the appeal that was sent, the web link to their Email to check the status is for "BRITPARK LTD"
So now have 3 totally separate companies dealing with it...they really do have a identity crisis...2 -
