Yeah it says you can leave. It doesn’t say you can go on the svr. I cannot see it on their tariffs unless anyone can see it and I’m clearly missing it?0

If wholesale prices go up, am I stuck on the Octopus Tracker paying a higher price?
No, if you ever want to come off the Octopus Tracker, just email hello@octopus.energy and we will move you to one of our other tariffs right away, alternatively you can switch directly in your online account.
What happens if I want to leave?
You just choose a different tariff on your account page, email us or phone us up, or switch to another supplier. Switching to another Octopus Energy tariff is effective next day, switching to another supplier takes their usual time. There are no exit fees.
As above, Flexible Octopus is their SVT.

Are we in the mindset that tracker and agile won't be subsidised then?4.29kWp Solar system, 45/55 South/West split in cloudy rainy Cumbria.0

I don’t think anyone has a good answer for that yet, the plan just isn’t clear enough.Spies said:Are we in the mindset that tracker and agile won't be subsidised then?0 -
I did read mention (somewhere) of the idea of capping wholesale prices being mooted, which would in turn bring down Tracker and Agile prices. But I'm not expecting anything specific, as they're relatively niche tariffs.
The only subsidy that I would expect to affect it would be if they did a blanket discount on unit rates for everyone on every tariff.
Likelihood of either of those two things, I don't know enough to even begin to speculate.0
