Sunday looks equally good. In the past that has translated into an even lower price. I shall once again hedge my bets and delay things until 10am tomorrow. Looks like this weekend could give us the best prices over the festive break.

Unless you use thousands and thousands of kWh in a year even a 20% increase can only ever result in peanuts in extra costs.
2,000 kWh at 23p instead of 18p is only £100 extra a year, £8.33 a month.
Nothing significant unless you use considerably more than 2,000kWh in a year.
Do you?0 -
Or the price of a decent bottle of wine (or a case of cheap plonk). I know what I'd prefer.matt_drummer said: 2,000 kWh at 23p instead of 18p is only £100 extra a year, £8.33 a month.
Any language construct that forces such insanity in this case should be abandoned without regrets. –

Those were precisely my previous thoughts re the absolute savings vs lifestyle changes trade-off. It's nice to make an informed choice however.Telegraph Sam

If I was that bothered I would devote the time I spent worrying about something I cannot change on something more productive, such as earning some extra money to pay for the moderately increased electricity cost plus the bottle of wine and a slap up meal to go with it!FreeBear said:
