Yet another example of a legally-represented claimant getting unjustified leeway, whereas a Litigant in Person would be highly unlikely to be afforded the same. 🙄

Your last question will be answered by the new Hearing Directions letter.  You MUST be kept in the loop.

Exactly the same as I had typed in the comment box and was just about to post it when I saw you had beaten me to it!

Well I thought this had all gone away after the judge struck out all charges at the hearing.

I came home to a letter from BW Legal offering me a payment plan before the case went to trial. I assumed it was just a admin error but emailed the court just in case.

Apparently the case has been relisted and I will have another hearing! How is this possible if the judge struck out all charges? Any advise on where to go from here?

    Thanks.
Wow, first they did the above to you, putting you through it all again, then missed the second hearing too!

    Sounds like incompetence to me.

Quite right you get two lots of costs for wasting your time at two hearings.  This appears to be a complete abuse of the court service.

WELL DONE and thanks for updating.
