This may be the grand ebay plan, offer the £1 FVF once you register for managed payments. You don't need to register if you don't intend selling.0

Since managed payments is inevitable if we want to continue selling, I'd rather than just got on and switched my private accounts across now, although as I use a micro paypal account for my sub £10 items I suspect I might be like a turkey voting for Christmas

I used to get this promotion at least once per month if not twice when I was selling regularly. I stopped selling for personal reasons since middle of February and now I haven't got it since 5th of March and I really needed it. Am also not getting the Managed Payments invitation either so my sales
