  • Thanks for everyone's inputs. I just ordered BT Full Fibre 100. Was really tempted by VM though cannot take a risk on unknowns around congestion/latency. Will look again at my next renewal. 
    Good luck, I tried BT Ultrafast Fibre 100 using their g.fast network and it was pants.
    A combination of line faults, network config problems and Smart Hub 2 issues with multiple replacements.  
    To be fair to BT, they did eventually agree to waive a potential disconnection fee.

    I'll not be using the Smart Hub. What was the potential disconnection fee (amount)?
