The gentleman I spoke to has, but probably felt awkward so felt he had too, but I’ve emailed the complaints dept as I want them too and tell me that’s they sorted the problem out or it won’t happen again. I’m awaiting there call0

Bank just rang to tell me error is there fault and explained how it happend, they’ve apologised and given £150 comp fee.0

When I lived in Toronto, my bank managed to send my bank statement to my boss and his to me. Neither of us got a cent.
I changed my name in 2016 and it took my bank two years to get it right. They offered me compensation. I got enough to buy a Coach rucksack.
Sainsbury's added my Nectar points to my husband's separate and unlinked Nectar car so I told them to cancel it.0
