I enjoyed 1 and 2, but 3 seemed even more dramatic…like watching a car crash in slow motion, you know exactly who is going to misunderstand what and then wait for it to happen. Ends on another cliff hanger too!!

Reminds me of the Thorn Birds back in the 80s. I sobbed throughout more or less every episode, although I was expecting DD at the time and very hormonal 😭

🤣 I vaguely remember watching some bits with my mum…and the onedin line vaguely, was that still 80’s? Back when we had 3 or maybe 4 channels and no recording and the kids would all dash inside when there was a big FILM on 🤣

I didn’t watch Onedin Line, vaguely remember my mum watching it, don’t know if it was 80s. I watched Thorn Birds the second time around, the first time I was far too busy going out out 😆

I adored The Thorn Birds, so well cast and Richard Chamberlain as Ralph de Bricassart.❤️❤️I loved the book as well which I read before the TV series. So, so sad, many tissues needed.🤔😭
